1. Joining BigPond Games Shop
1.1 Do I have to join?
To buy games - and enjoy other membership benefits - you need to join. It's free to join and once you do, you can start downloading.
1.2 How do I join?
To join select Join Now. Tell us about you. Read and agree to our Terms and Conditions. This is also where you can let us know if you are a BigPond Member for BIG discounts. (We'll confirm your Membership details during the Shopping Cart process.)
1.3 Is BigPond Games Shop FREE to join?
Yes. It costs nothing to join BigPond Games Shop. Except for the fact that you can trial most games at home for free, it's just like a retail shop: it's free to enter and you only pay when you buy a game.
1.4 What emails will you send me?
We will email you to:
  • Confirm your membership and purchases.
  • Inform you of important issues affecting your purchased games (e.g. an updated patch is available) - only if you have elected to receive this information.
  • Send you the Games Shop Newsletter, including the latest game releases and special offers - only if you have elected to receive it.
  • Send you news and special offers for BigPond Games and BigPond related Products and Services - only if you have elected to receive it.

You can update your email subscriptions at any time by visiting My Account and selecting or de-selecting the email options at the bottom of your Personal Details.
1.5 Can I use BigPond Games Shop if I live outside of Australia?
No. BigPond Games Shop is only available to customers located in Australia and for private non-commercial use.
